Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Permitted Use & Candidate Services

Apex Global Careers grants candidates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to search, view, and directly apply for career positions published on the portal. Candidates agree that:

All submitted resumes, biographical details, and credential documents are accurate, truthful, and owned by the applicant.
The platform operates as a direct relay to employers; submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, or specific compensation level.
Automated bot scraping, bulk application spamming, or disruption of platform servers is strictly prohibited.

2. Employer Posting Terms & Backlink Policy

Employers and recruiters submitting job vacancies agree to the following mandatory guidelines:

Legitimate Openings: Only bona fide, active employment positions offering lawful compensation may be posted. Multi-level marketing (MLM), upfront fee collection, and scam schemes are strictly forbidden.
External Links & Moderation: To protect candidates from phishing and search spam, job postings containing external URLs or backlinks are subject to mandatory administrator review before going live. Postings containing verified zero-external-links activate instantly.
Featured Pin Placements: Featured placement orders (Top Slot #1, #2, #3) are non-refundable once approved and live for the contracted period.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All design assets, code architecture, trademarks, databases, and proprietary algorithms on Apex Global Careers are the intellectual property of Apex Global Careers Network LLC. Content submitted by employers remains their property, with a worldwide license granted to display and syndicate the listing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials and job listings on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. In no event shall Apex Global Careers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the portal.
